The theme for this issue is health matters. There is a range of articles: a resource pack for carers and managers in Mencap’s registered care homes on understanding complaints communicated by people with PMLD; epilepsy and people with PMLD; an information service on eye care and vision for adults with learning disabilities; a website providing good quality health information; a medical team’s perspective on furthering the welfare of children with intellectual disability ; a PAMIS Healthy Lifestyles Project; hearing impairments; and a project to involve a range of organisations in a local community initiative to engage with people with learning disabilities.
