Within This Issue
This issue focusses on opportunities for teaching, learning and leisure afforded by information technology. There is a ‘bill of rights’ for children with PMLD formulated by a group of Leeds schools. There are other items from the conference on Communication at Manchester Metropolitan University on communication and behaviour, personal passports and uses of IT to enhance communication. There is a report back from a conference on IT in London. In the ‘future focus’ there is a discussion on creating ‘ethnically sensitive’ services.
